The MCO Marathon is a non-profit organization. The Marathon is an annual running event that raises funds to Advocating on behalf of abused and neglected in the school systems. The MCO Marathon course is certified by the USA Track and Field Association and can be used to QUALIFY for the Boston Marathon, it is a flat out and back course along the Trinity River. We have food trucks, hot showers, LIVE MUSIC and FREE MONEY give away!!!

With distances for everyone, including both the Kids 5K Presented by Academy Sports and Adults 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, all-new Marathon Relay, and the Ultra Marathon, we welcome runners and walkers with all athletic abilities.

RACE COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Full Marathon course is 2 laps beginning and ending at Panther Island Pavilion heading southwest along the Trinity Trails to Acme Brick. The 20-mile race has the same first loop and a shortened second loop with a turnaround at the Woodshed. The Half-Marathon is just the first lap of the Marathon course.
Course is certified by the USA Track and Field (can be used to Qualify for the Boston Marathon. You can make request for International Marathon Qualifications) -

The conference fund provides awards of up to $750,000.00 for domestic application and up to $50,000.00 for international application. These awards will be given to those selected by the MCO Conference Funding Committee.
The application for the conference fund is open to all Business owners who meet the following:
- Has a good business plan to be available for submission and inspection on the event venue
- The business owner has been invited to attend, present or perform at a conference.
- The bussiness owner has the written support of a advisory.
- Has purchased the ticket to the event
For conferences held and attended between January- April 2020, all application materials are due prior to the conference date at 11:59 PM EST.
Students may visit the online Conference Funding application and submit the following:
A budget indicating the amount of funding requested and specific expenses the grant would cover, if awarded.
A letter of intent, no more than 500 words, explaining why this conference will benefit your business professional objectives.
A resume or curriculum vitae.
A document confirming your acceptance to present at the conference like your tickets
Strong professional applicants will thoroughly and thoughtfully craft a professional letter of intent and resume/CV, and provide a detailed breakdown of expenses.
After attending the conference, all recipients must submit receipts for expenses that will be covered by the funds awarded. Businesses will then be reimbursed after the submission of all receipts and proof of payment.
Applications will be reviewed by the Conference Funding Committee at least once a month on a first-come, first-served basis. The committee consists of selected members from different government agencies within the country.
The MCO Conference Fund has allocated all funding for the Spring 2020 cycle. Any applications that are received after the event date will still be reviewed by the Selection Committee. In the case that additional funds become available to replenish this account, the selection committee will reach out via email. There may be other avenues of funding within states, and we encourage you to seek out these additional sources.
To apply to the MCO Conference Fund, please fill the form on our website, including a detailed breakdown of expenses, a resume or CV, a letter of intent, and proof of conference. Application to the MCO Conference Fund also requires a letter of recommendation from an advisory, proof of payment for the event, which can be submitting using this form or via email the person in charge to (firstname.lastname@example.org)
